1. These terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of cushycalf.com and any purchase you make from us. CushyCalf is operated from Skyttarkvia 2, 6810 Førde, Norway, and can be reached at support@cushycalf.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we have received it, not that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not store your card details. If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the wrong price.

5. Buy one, get one free
Our buy one, get one free offer applies to compression socks and is applied automatically in the cart — no code is needed. It applies per paid pair, so two paid pairs give you two free pairs. The free item is the lower or equal-priced item in the pair. Free items are included in the same shipment. If you return a paid item, the matching free item must be returned with it; if you keep it, its value is deducted from your refund. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time, with no effect on orders already placed.

6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs $4.95 per order and is free on orders over $35. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days and normally arrive 5–10 business days after that. 7. Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed item. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Products, colours and sizing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but screens render colour differently and knitted items vary slightly between batches. Sizing guidance on the site is a guide, not a guarantee of fit. If something does not fit, use the return process above.

9. Health — please read
Our socks are everyday comfort wear. They are not medical devices, they are not prescribed compression garments, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We make no claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.

If you have diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, deep vein thrombosis, lymphoedema, peripheral arterial disease, open wounds or reduced sensation in your feet, or if you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before wearing compression socks of any kind. Stop wearing them and seek medical advice if you notice numbness, tingling, discolouration, skin damage or pain.

10. Reviews and user content
Some reviews on our product pages were left by buyers of the same products through our supplier's listings rather than through CushyCalf; this is disclosed on the product pages and in our FAQ. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own and you give us permission to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or off-topic, but we do not edit reviews to make them more positive.

11. Our content
The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to CushyCalf or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

12. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.

13. Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes fall to the Norwegian courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
