Shipping policy

Where we ship. CushyCalf currently ships to addresses in the United States.

What shipping costs. Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, and free on every order over $35.

How long it takes. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery after that normally takes 5–10 business days, so most orders arrive within about two weeks of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing on the next business day. These are typical times, not guarantees — customs checks, carrier delays and peak periods around major holidays can add time, and we will tell you if we know an order is running late.

Where your order ships from. CushyCalf is a small independent shop. Our socks are shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partner rather than from a warehouse we own, which is why delivery takes longer than next-day — and why we can keep the prices where they are.

Tracking. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is moving. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after it is issued.

Duties and taxes. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are not included in the price shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete addresses. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address; the reshipping cost is yours to cover. Email support@cushycalf.com as soon as you spot a mistake and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't left yet.

Lost or delayed parcels. If a tracked parcel has not moved for 14 days, or has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us with your order number and we will replace it or refund it in full.
